Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation terms for UP AI Summit 2026 registrations

1. Cancellation by Delegate

30+ days before event
75% Refund
15–30 days before event
50% Refund
7–14 days before event
25% Refund
Less than 7 days
No Refund

2. Cancellation by Organizers

If UP AI Summit 2026 is cancelled by the organizers for any reason (including force majeure), registered delegates will receive a full refund of their registration fee within 15 working days, or the option to transfer their registration to the next edition of the event.

3. Event Postponement

In the event of postponement, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new date. Delegates may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement if they cannot attend the rescheduled event.

4. Transfer of Registration

Registration may be transferred to another individual from the same organization with prior written approval from the organizers. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method. Processing fees and GST (if applicable) are non-refundable.
